The Nemeth Art Center is very excited to announce a new partnership with the Minneapolis Institute of Arts. In the spring and summer of 2013, the NAC will host a satellite show of the Minnesota Artist Exhibition Program of the MIA. St. Paul-based artist Allen Brewer will travel to Park Rapids several times over the course of the summer, creating new works inspired by the Gabor and Edith Nemeth Study Collection. This project will utilize local participation and encourage the Park Rapids community to see the Study Collection in a new way. We can’t wait to see the exciting work that will surely come from this collaboration.
